Returns & Refunds Policy

At Edan Raw Photography, every print is created with care and attention to detail. I want you to love your artwork as much as I loved capturing it.

Because each piece is made to order, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your artwork arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, I’ll make it right.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact me within 30 days of delivery.

• Email edan@australianlandscapephotography.com.au with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

• Once assessed and approved, I’ll organise a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Orders

If you’ve received the wrong product or size due to an error on my end, please notify me within 30 days and I’ll arrange the correct item to be sent as quickly as possible.

What’s Not Covered

• Change of mind or if the artwork isn’t the right fit for your space.

• Damage caused after delivery (e.g., accidental drops, mishandling, exposure to moisture, or improper hanging).

How Refunds Work

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear.
