Diamond Valley is a creek system in the Sunshine Coast hinterland that drains the western slopes of the Blackall Range. The waterfalls here are less well-known than Kondalilla or Buderim, which means they’re quieter and less visited – the kind of place where you can photograph without the sound of other people. The image was made in wet-season conditions when the flow was strong and the surrounding rainforest was at its deepest green.
