The Mooloolah River runs from the Sunshine Coast hinterland out to the coast near Currimundi, and the valley it flows through above Mooloolah township has a lush, green quality that reflects the rainfall the upper catchment receives from its position below the escarpment. Mooloolah Magic was made in that upper valley – the creek running through ferns and overhanging rainforest, the light filtering down through the canopy in soft, diffused bands.
