Obi Obi Creek runs through Kenilworth in the Mary Valley, draining the Conondale Range before joining the Mary River. Obi Obi Falls is a significant waterfall on this creek – a wide basalt ledge that the water spreads across before dropping to the pool below. In wet conditions, the full width of the ledge runs with water; in drier months, the flow concentrates in channels through the rock. This image was made in moderate flow conditions, the falls spread across the frame.
Obi Obi Falls is a 3:1 panoramic fine art print of a waterfall on Obi Obi Creek in the Mary Valley, Queensland. The wide 3:1 format is ideally suited to a waterfall that runs wide rather than tall – the water spreading across the basalt ledge and dropping across the full width of the frame.
Available as a fine art photographic print, stretched canvas, or glass print. Free shipping Australia-wide.
